By downloading or using Vee ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing or installing.

License

Vee is free to download and use with the features listed on the pricing page. A Vee Pro subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pro features on up to 3 Macs you own. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the app.

Subscriptions and billing

Vee Pro is a subscription, billed either monthly ($3/month) or yearly ($12.99/year). Both plans include the same features. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your purchase receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. If your subscription ends, the app keeps working with the free feature set — your clipboard history is not deleted.

License keys

After purchase you receive a license key by email. Activating it in Vee → Settings → Vee Pro registers that Mac with our licensing provider. The app re-checks the key periodically; if it cannot reach the license server, Pro keeps working for up to 7 days offline.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale and issues your invoice. If you are unsatisfied with Vee, contact us at support@copyvee.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Vee only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the app to store or transmit malicious code or illegal content.

Disclaimer of warranties

Vee is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Vee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vee after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
